A Petition to wind up the above-named company of CCL35 LIMITED (06343609) of 2 Ocean Way, Cardiff CF24 5HF, whose nature of business is Construction Services , presented on Friday 29 November 2019, at 16:30 by AFAN LANDSCAPES LIMITED, of Water Street, Margam, Port Talbot SA13 2PA claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, 2 Park Street, Cardiff CF10 1ET on Wednesday 15 January 2020, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
