Notice is hereby given that on 22nd November 2019 a petition was presented to Lanark Sheriff Court by the directors of CCI Scotland (Landscapes) Ltd craving the Court inter alia to order that CCI Scotland (Landscapes) Ltd having their Registered Office at Langloch Farm, Hyndford Road, Lanark, Scotland, ML11 9TA be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff of South Strathclyde, Dumfries and Galloway at Lanark by Interlocutor dated 26th November 2019 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
