A Petition to wind up the above-named company whose registered office and principal trading address is 1 Charterhouse Mews, London EC1M 6BB on the 4th June 2018 by THE PRUDENTIAL ASSURANCE COMPANY LIMITED whose registered office is at Laurence Pountney Hill, London EC4R 0HH claiming to be a creditor of the company will be heard at Birmingham District Registry, 33 Bull Street, Birmingham B4 6DS on the 8th August 2018 at 10:00 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard)
