“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Jonathan David Bass (IP No. 11790) and Freddy Khalastchi (IP No. 8752) both of Menzies LLP, Lynton House, 7-12 Tavistock Square, London, WC1H 9LT be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up. Any act required or authorised under enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by one of them."
