“That the company be wound up voluntarily”; and

“That Daryl Warwick and Mike Kienlen of Armstrong Watson LLP be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up.”

For the avoidance of any doubt it should be noted that these proceedings have no connection with the ongoing trade of Allen Plant & Tool Hire, which is being carried out by a separate legal entity.
