"That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Gareth Graham Self (IP No. 9706) of Restart BTi, Suite 42, Dunston House, Dunston Road, Chesterfield, S41 9QD be appointed as Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up and that the liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation.”
