"That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Alan Fallows, Alessandro Sidoli and Peter Anderson of Kay Johnson Gee Corporate Recovery Limited be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."

At the subsequent meeting of creditors the appointment of Alan Fallows, Alessandro Sidoli and Peter Anderson was not confirmed, and Gareth Graham Self (IP No. 9706) of Restart BTi, 18 The Bridge Business Centre, Beresford Way, Chesterfield, S41 9FG was appointed as Liquidator.
