Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 4 October 2022 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michael Goldstein (IP No. 12532) and Simon Renshaw (IP No. 9712) both of RG Insolvency, Devonshire House, Manor Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 1QQ be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up."
