Notice is hereby given that David E M Mond, of Hodgsons, Nelson House, Park Road, Timperley, Cheshire, WA14 5BZ, (IP No. 02340) was appointed Liquidator of the above named Company on 01 February 2016. I do not, at this stage, propose to summon a meeting of creditors for the purpose of establishing a creditors’ committee. However, creditors with the support of at least 10% of the total value of creditors may request that such a meeting is summoned pursuant to Section 141 of the Insolvency Act 1986. Any requests must be made to my office in writing and be accompanied by a list of the creditors concurring with the request and the amount of their claims in the liquidation.
