"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Peter Kubik (IP No. 9220) and Myles Jacobson (IP No. 11590) both of UHY Hacker Young LLP, Quadrant House, 4 Thomas More Square, London, E1W 1YW be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
