“That the Companies be wound up voluntarily and that Ian Corfield (IP No. 8951) of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 110 Cannon Street, London, EC4N 6EU and Glyn Mummery (IP No. 8996) of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Jupiter House, Warley Hill Business Park, The Drive, Brentwood, Essex, CM13 3BE be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
