A Petition to wind up the above named company of The Old Chapel, 19 Culver Street, Newent, GL18 1DB, presented on 28 February 2020 by the Company acting by Lisa Jane Hogg and Fiona Clare Grant of WILSON FIELD LIMITED of The Manor House, 260 Ecclesall Road South, Sheffield S11 9PS, the Joint Supervisors of the failed Company Voluntary Arrangement of the Company will be heard on 1 April 2020 at 12.00 noon at The County Court at Gloucester & Cheltenham, Kimbrose Way, Gloucester GL1 2DE (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard)
