"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Dermot Brendan Coakley (IP No. 6824) of WSM MBI Coakley LLP, 2nd Floor, Shaw House, 3 Tunsgate, Guildford, Surrey, GU1 3QT and Andrew John Whelan (IP No. 8726) of WSM Marks Bloom LLP, Unit 2 Spinnaker Court, 1C Becketts Place, Hampton Wick, Kingston upon Thames, KT1 4EQ be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up. Where applicable, that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a Joint Liquidator may be done by any one or more of them.”
