At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Beech House, Howards Lane, Holybourne, Alton, GU34 4HH on 24 February 2021, pursuant to Sections 282 & 283 of the Companies Act 2006 and Section 84(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gareth Roberts (IP No. 8826) and Paul Ellison (IP No. 7254) both of KRE Corporate Recovery LLP, Unit 8, The Aquarium, 1-7 King Street, Reading, RG1 2AN be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company”
