In terms of Rule 5.23(7)(b) Insolvency (Scotland) (Receivership and Winding Up) Rules 2018, I, Gordon MacLure, of Johnston Carmichael LLP, Bishops Court, 29 Albyn Place, Aberdeen, AB10 1YL, (IP No. 8201), hereby give notice on 25 June 2019, I was appointed Liquidator of the above company by the creditors following a Deemed Consent decision procedure. A Liquidation Committee has not been established. I do not intend to summon a further meeting for the purpose of establishing a Liquidation Committee unless one-tenth, in value, of the creditors require it in terms of Section 142(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986. All creditors who have not already done so are required to lodge their claims with me no later than 22 August 2019.
