Notice is hereby given that on 5 August 2020 a petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow Sheriff Court by Global Mediator Aps, Poppelvej 19 3450 Allerod Denmark CVR no. 29785465 for inter alia an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up Castle Computer Services (Dynamics) Ltd (Company Number SC397146) having their registered office at Robb Ferguson, Regent Court, 70 West Regent Street, Glasgow G2 2QZ and to appoint an interim liquidator; in which petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 12 August 2020 appoints notice of the import of the petition and of this deliverance, and of the particulars specified in the Act of Sederunt to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and once in the Herald newspaper; Ordains the said Castle Computer Services (Dynamics) Ltd, and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answer in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow G5 9DA within eight days after intimation and advertisement; under certifications, all of which notice is hereby given.
