Notice is hereby given that the following written resolutions were passed on 15 August 2019 as a special resolution and as ordinary resolutions:

"That it has been proved that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and that accordingly the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul David Williams (IP No. 9294) and Benjamin John Wiles (IP No. 10670) both of Duff & Phelps Ltd, The Shard, 32 London Bridge Street, London, SE1 9SG be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of its voluntary winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Joint Liquidators be done by both or either of them."
