Notice is hereby given that on 8 February 2017, a petition was presented to the Sheriff of Tayside, Central and Fife at Stirling by Murray Lowe Wilkinson, craving the Court that Cars and Vans 2 Rent Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its Registered Office at Camarague House, Craigarnhall Keir Estates, Bridge of Allan, FK9 4NG (”the Company”) be wound up by the Court and an Interim Liquidator be appointed; and in the meantime that George Dylan Lafferty, 180 Advisory Solutions Limited, 2nd Floor, Suite 148, Central Chambers, 11 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6LY be appointed as Provisional Liquidator, in which Petition the Sheriff at Stirling by Interlocutor dated 8 February 2017 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Stirling within 8 days after intimation, service and advertisement; and appointed the said George Dylan Lafferty to be Provisional Liquidator of the company with the powers specified in Parts 2 and 3 of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
