Notice is hereby given that on 5 December 2019 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Falkirk by Falkirk Council, having its offices at Municipal Buildings, West Bridge Street, Falkirk, FK1 5RS craving the court inter alia that Carronshore Workers Welfare Society and Social Club, a Working Men’s Club formerly registered under the Friendly Societies Act 1974 (company number SP0016WS) and having a place of business at Bothkennar Road, Carronshore, Falkirk, FK3 8HS (“the Club”) be wound up by the court, in which petition the Sheriff at Falkirk, by interlocutor dated 5 December 2019, appointed the Club and any other persons having an interest, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Falkirk within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, under certification; all of which notice is hereby given.
