"That the Company be wound up voluntarily."

"That Stephen Penn of Absolute Recovery Limited, 1st Floor, Block A, Loversall Court, Clayfields, Tickhill Road, Doncaster DN4 8QG be appointed liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up."
