Notice is hereby given that on 20 February 2020 a Petition was presented to Greenock Sheriff Court by Carpet Fitting Services (Inverclyde) Limited, craves in court inter alia that Carpet Fitting Services Direct Limited a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Registered Number: SC441343) and having its registered office at Unit 4 Larkfield Industrial Estate, Greenock, Renfrewshire, PA16 0EQ be wound up by the court and that Kenneth Pattullo and Kenneth Craig, Insolvency Practitioners, Begbies Traynor Central LLP, be appointed as provisional liquidators by Interlocutor dated 20 February 2020 the Sheriff appointed all persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with Greenock Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House, 1 Nelson street, Greenock, PA15 1TR within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
