Notice is hereby given that on 14 October 2019, a petition was presented to Portree Sheriff Court by Mr Calum Munro craving the Court inter alia to order that CAROY HOUSE LTD, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with Company Number SC528458 and having its registered office at Caroy House, Portree, Isle of Skye IV51 9EH, be wound up by the Court and that Interim Liquidators be appointed, and that in the meantime Stuart Preston and Julie Tait, Insolvency Practitioners of Grant Thornton UK LLP, 7 Exchange Crescent, Edinburgh, EH3 8AN be appointed as Provisional Liquidators of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Portree by Interlocutor dated 14 October 2019 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Portree within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement; and eo die appointed Stuart Preston and Julie Tait of Grant Thornton UK LLP, 7 Exchange Crescent, Edinburgh, EH3 8AN to be Provisional Liquidators of the Company with the powers contained in Paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part 2 of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
