That the Company be wound up voluntarily; and

That Timothy Colin Hamilton Ball and Michael Ian Field of Mazars LLP, 90 Victoria Street, Bristol, BS1 6DP be and they are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up and that they be authorised to act jointly and severally.
