At a general meeting of the above-named Company duly convened and held at Greenfield Recovery Ltd, 3 Portland Place, Doncaster, DN1 3DF on 03 April 2017 the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution:

“That it has been resolved by special resolution that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Sajid Sattar, of Greenfield Recovery Limited, Trinity House, 28-30 Blucher Street, Birmingham B1 1QH, (IP No 15590) be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up.”
