NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that

UPON the application of Sajid Sattar, as Liquidator of Carmody Construction Ltd - 07676629 (“Company”), dated 23 July 2019

AND UPON the hearing of Counsel for the Applicant

IT IS DECLARED that:

(1) The Applicant is validly appointed as liquidator of the Company notwithstanding:

a. any defect in the giving of notice to a shareholder of the general meeting dated 3 April 2017 that resolved to appoint Mr Sattar as liquidator, as required by Part 13 of the Companies Act 2006; and

b. any failure to comply with section 98(1A) of the Insolvency Act 1986 to give notice to creditors of the creditors’ meeting such matters being fully set out in the witness statement of Mr Sattar dated 11 July 2019.

AND IT IS ORDERED that:

(2) This order shall be notified to creditors by advertisement in the London Gazette within 14 days of receipt of a sealed copy.

(3) Any creditor who has an objection to this order shall have 28 days from the date of advertisement to apply to court to set aside or vary the terms of this order, such application having no effect on the validity of the liquidator’s appointment until further order of this Court.

(4) The costs of this application be paid as an expense of Company’s liquidation.
