"That the LLP be wound up voluntarily and that Frederick Charles Satow (IP No. 8326) and Paul Michael Davis (IP No. 7805) both of MacIntyre Hudson LLP, New Bridge Street House, 30-34 New Bridge Street, London, EC4V 6BJ be appointed Joint Liquidators of the LLP and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately."
