Notice is hereby given that on 5 April 2016 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Grampian Highland and Islands at Aberdeen by Carlton Resource Solutions Limited craving the Court inter alia to order that Carlton Resource Solutions Limited a company incorporated under the Companies Acts with Company Number SC080938 and having its registered office at 13 Queen’s Road, Aberdeen, AB15 4YL be wound up by the Court and to appoint Joint Interim Liquidators. By Interlocutor dated 8 April 2016 the Sheriff at Aberdeen appointed all parties having an interest to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Aberdeen within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement.
