At a general meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at Ideal Corporate Solutions Limited, Lancaster House, 171 Chorley New Road, Bolton BL1 4QZ on 28 March 2018, at 11.00 am, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Andrew Rosler (IP No. 9151) of Ideal Corporate Solutions Limited, Lancaster House, 171 Chorley New Road, Bolton BL1 4QZ be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by him.”
