NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of creditors is to be held at The Tower Hotel, St. Katharine’s Way, London E1W 1LD on 6 June 2018 at 11:00am, for the following purpose: To appoint a Liquidator or Liquidators of Carillion (AMBS) Limited and, if the creditors wish, a Liquidation Committee.

A resolution at the meeting will be passed if a majority in value of those voting have voted in favour of it. A creditor will be entitled to vote at the meeting only if a claim has been lodged at the meeting or before the meeting at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Central Square, 29 Wellington Street, Leeds, LS1 4DL and it has been accepted for voting purposes in whole or in part. For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of commencement of the Liquidation is 19/01/2018. Proxies may also be lodged at the meeting or before the meeting at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Central Square, 29 Wellington Street, Leeds, LS1 4DL.
