A Petition to wind up the above named company (registered no 01685693) of Crown House, Birch Street, Wolverhampton, WV1 4JX, presented on 15 February 2019 by Lee James Mills, Christopher Michael Ives and Simon Paul Eastwood of Crown House, Birch Street, Wolverhampton, WV1 4JX (the Petitioner), will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 10 April 2019 at 10:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
