A Petition to wind-up the above-named Company of Unit 17 Wholesale Market Birmingham, The Hub, Noble Way, Birmingham, B6 7EU presented on 19 February 2020 by Birmingham Wholesale Market Company Limited claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at Birmingham Civil and Family Justice Hearing Centre, Priory Courts, 33 Bull Street, Birmingham, B4 6DS on 15 April 2020 at 10.00 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
