"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Richard Easterby (IP No. 18034) and Tauseef A Rashid (IP No. 9718) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 14 Derby Road, Stapleford, Nottingham, NG9 7AA be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up."
