i. "That the company be wound up voluntarily''.

Ordinary Resolution

ii. That Mansoor Mubarik , ACA FCCA FABRP (IP No: 009667) of Capital Books (UK) Limited, 66 Earl Street, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 1PS be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the company".
