A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of (registered no 06317248) of Four Winds, The Platt, Amersham, Buckinghamshire HP7 0HX, presented on 22 March 2016 by ROUSE PARTNERS LLP of 55 Station Road, Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire HP9 1QL, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL, on Monday 9 May 2016, at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
