Notice is hereby given, in accordance with the provisions of Rule 14.29 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, that a first and final dividend will be paid to the non-preferential unsecured creditors within a period of two months from the last date of proving. The last date for creditors to prove claims in the Liquidation is 16 July 2019.

Creditors of the above named Company should send their addresses, descriptions and full particulars of their debts or claims to the undersigned John Dean Cullen and Bethan Louise Evans, 2 Sovereign Quay, Havannah Street, Cardiff, CF10 5SF.

Non-preferential unsecured creditors who do not prove their debt by 16 July 2019 will be excluded from this dividend. No further public advertisement or invitation to prove debts will be given.
