A petition to wind up the above-named Company whose registered office is situate at Unit 13, Indian Queens Trading Estate, Indian Queens, St. Columb, Cornwall TR9 6TL presented on the 22 December 2015 by MR. STRATFORD EDWARD HAMILTON AND MR. JAMES ASHLEY DOWERS, IN THEIR CAPACITY AS JOINT TRUSTEES IN BANKRUPTCY OF MR. CHARLES NEWELL BROWN, of Haslers, Old Station Road, Loughton, Essex IG10 4PL, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at The Companies Court, The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on the 8 February 2016 at 10:30 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 16:00 hours on 5 February 2016.
