A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Caravana Holdings Limited (10691004) of Charles House, 5-11 Regent Street, London SW1Y 4LR, previously of 10 Queen Street Place, London EC4R 1AG, whose nature of business is (64209) Activities of other holding companies not elsewhere classified , presented on Tuesday 14 July 2020, at 16:15 by ABLT GROUP LIMITED, of Albert House, Old Street, London EC1V 9DD claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Propety Courts of England and Wales, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 23 September 2020, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
