Pursuant to Rule 14.28/14.29 of The Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 1986, notice is hereby given that the last date for proving debts against the Company, is 26 February 2021, by which date claims must be sent to the undersigned of RG Insolvency, Devonshire House, Manor Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 1QQ, the Joint Administrator of the above-named Company. Notice is further given that the Joint Administrator intends to declare an interim dividend within two months of the last date for proving.

Finally, the Liquidator is required to state the value of the fund (the Prescribed Part) available to unsecured creditors from the Company's net property under s176A of the Insolvency Act 1986. I would confirm that the value of the fund in this matter is ÂŁ6,930.
