"That the Limited Liability Partnership be wound up voluntarily and that Lee De'ath (IP No. 9316) of CVR Global LLP, Town Wall House, Balkerne Hill, Colchester, Essex, CO3 3AD and Jason Maloney (IP No. 14350) of CVR Global LLP, New Fetter Place West, 55 Fetter Lane, London, EC1A 1AA be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up, and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally."
