"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ben Woolrych (IP No. 10550) and Anthony Collier (IP No. 18910) both of FRP Advisory LLP, 4th Floor, Abbey House, Booth Street, Manchester M2 4AB be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
