Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 23 February 2021, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Upton (IP No. 009594) and David Scrivener (IP No. 15690) both of Ensors Accountants LLP, Cardinal House, 46 St Nicholas Street, Ipswich, IP1 1TT be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
