At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at Suite 9, Amba House, 15 College Road, Harrow, Middlesex, HA1 1BA on 12 February 2020, the following resolutions were duly passed as a special resolution and as an ordinary resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Umang Patel (IP No. 18790) of Neum Insolvency, Suite 9, Amba House, 15 College Road, Harrow, Middlesex, HA1 1BA be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up."

No objections were received from creditors to the proposed decision sought by Deemed Consent procedure by the Decision Date, therefore the below decision was treated as having been made on 12 February 2020:

"That the creditors confirmed the appointment of the Liquidator, Umang Patel of Neum Insolvency, Suite 9, Amba House, 15 College Road, Harrow, Middlesex HA1 1BA, nominated by the members of the Company."
