At a general meeting of the above-named company, summoned for and duly held on Wednesday 21 June 2017 at 2.15 p.m. at 3 Field Court, Gray's Inn, London, WC1R 5EF the following resolutions were passed as a special resolution and ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily" and

"That Stephen John Evans (IP No 8759) of Antony Batty & Company LLP, 3 Field Court, Gray's Inn, London, WC1R 5EF be appointed liquidator of the Company".
