A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of 89 High Street, Hadleigh, Ipswich, Suffolk IP7 5EA, whose nature of business is other activities auxiliary to insurance and pension funding presented on 09 August 2019 by RAYMOND HAROLD FRASER T/A Fraser Financial Services of 11 Claudian Place, Verulam, St Albans, Hertfordshire AL3 4JE (the Petitioner), claiming to be a creditor of the Company will be heard in the County Court at Ipswich, 8 Arcade Street, Ipswich IP1 1EJ, on Tuesday 8 October 2019, at 10:00 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear at the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16.00 hours on Monday 7 October 2019.
