A petition has been presented for the winding up of the above-named company on 15 March 2018 by PINDER DEVELOPMENTS CO (CHISLEHURST) LIMITED (COMPANY NUMBER: 01105742) of 24 Eynsford Close, Petts Wood, Orpington, Kent BR5 1DP claiming to be a creditor of the Company. The petition will be heard at County Court at Croydon, the Law Courts, Altyre Road, Croydon, Surrey CR9 5AB, on 15 May 2018, at 10.00 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
