A Petition to wind up the above-named company whose registered office and principal trading address is 54 Clarendon Road, Watford Hertfordshire WD17 1DU presented on the 20th July 2018 by TWT S.P.A. (A company incorporated under the law of Italy) Limited whose address is at Viale Jenner Edoardo 33 Milano 20159 Italy claiming to be a creditor of the company will be heard at Birmingham District Registry, 33 Bull Street, Birmingham B4 6DS on the 28th September 2018 at 10.00 a.m. (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16.00 hours on the 27th September 2018.
