“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ashok K Bhardwaj, of Bhardwaj Insolvency Practitioners, 47/49 Green Lane, Northwood, Middlesex, HA6 3AE, (IP No 4640) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up.”
