Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98(1) of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company will be held at 10.15 am on 13 February 2017 at Bhardwaj Insolvency Practitioners, 47/49 Green Lane, Northwood, Middlesex HA6 3AE for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act. Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must lodge their proxy, together with a statement of claim at the offices of LA Business Recovery Limited, 3 Beasley’s Yard, 126a High Street, Uxbridge UB8 1JT by no later than 12 noon on the business day prior to the day of the meeting. Resolutions for the Liquidator’s remuneration may be passed at the meeting and may include a resolution specifying the terms on which the Liquidator is to be remunerated either on a fixed fee basis or on a time cost basis or a combination of both. If on a time cost basis, a full estimate of the costs together with fixed fee will be presented at the meeting for creditors’ approval. The meeting may receive information about, or be called upon to approve, the cost of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the meeting. A list of the names and addresses of the company’s creditors will be available for inspection, free of charge, at the offices of LA Business Recovery Limited, 3 Beasley’s Yard, 126a High Street, Uxbridge UB8 1JT between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm on the two business days prior to the meeting.
