Notice is hereby given that a General Meeting of the members of the Company will be held at Bhardwaj Insolvency Practitioners, 47/49 Green Lane, Northwood, Middlesex HA6 3AE on 13 February 2017 at 10.00 am for the purpose of passing the following special resolution at 1 and the ordinary resolution at 2:

1. That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

2. That Ashok Bhardwaj of Bhardwaj Insolvency Practitioners, LA Business Recovery Limited, 47/49 Green Lane, Northwood, Middlesex HA6 3AE be and is hereby, appointed liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up.

A member entitled to attend and vote can appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead. A proxy holder need not also be a member of the Company. Completed proxy forms must be lodged at the offices of LA Business Recovery Limited, 3 Beasley’s Yard, 126a High Street, Uxbridge UB8 1JT, not later than 12 noon on the business day prior to the members’ meeting.
