Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Rule 7.59 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that Simon Campbell (IP No: 10150) of Quantuma Advisory Limited, Office D, Beresford House, Town Quay, Southampton, SO14 2AQ was appointed liquidator of the Company with effect from 15 April 2021 following the resignation of Chris Brooksbank effective the same day.

Chris Brooksbank’s resignation as joint liquidator pursuant to Rule 7.61 was deemed approved by creditors on 19 March 2021.

Creditors who have not yet proved their debts must forward their proofs of debt to me.
